Understanding Sleep Disorders: Part 3

The patient agrees to have a nocturnal polysomnography performed but wants to know about home studies. He has no specific fear or anxiety regarding the setup or administration, but he says, “My wife would get a kick out of this.” Is an at-home or in-lab polysomnography best for this patient?
